iPhone / iPod Touch / iPod (all other versions) / iPad passcode lock password recovery
Hello fellow Cocoa programmers,
I would like to make a program in objective-c that will allow me to plug any of the devices listed in the subject line above (iPhone / iPod Touch / iPod (all other versions) / iPad) that have a passcode set and I want to be able to have the program pop up with the password that is currently set. In other words, when you forget your password, this program will allow you to recover it just by telling you what is right on the application.

I don't know if this is possible. I personally always work on the desktop and don't know about the iPxxx devices. Clearly there are security implications in such as application If you can intercept that, you could just as easily be recording passwords. Take a look at the App Store - if somebody's offering something like this, then it's possible. If nobody is offering this, then it's either impossible, or you've hit a possible gold mine.
